This is the umbrella privacy policy for Iteratim LLC. It covers the apps we make — currently Seshy and TrainAdapt — plus our websites and related services.
If you create, connect, or use an account, we may process:
Seshy may process the content you create, scan, edit, or share: workout types, sections, movements, scores, modifiers, notes, timestamps, OCR metadata, structured OCR results, gym location (if you choose), overlay settings, drafts, exports, and any photos/videos/captions you use.
In-progress editor work stays as a local draft until you save, share, export, reset, or migrate it. Guest history stays on your device unless you connect an account, but limited server-side scan metadata may be retained for subscription access enforcement, reliability, abuse prevention, and cost monitoring.
Health integrations are optional. With your permission, Seshy may read workout data from Apple Health, HealthKit, or Health Connect — workout sessions, heart rate samples and zones, calories, distance.
TrainAdapt may ask for height, weight, sex/gender, date of birth or age, body type, injuries, movement restrictions, sleep, stress, and recovery indicators so it can generate coaching.
This information may be considered sensitive under some privacy laws. We don't use it for advertising, sale, marketing, cross-app tracking, or profiling.
When you scan a workout whiteboard or workout image in Seshy, the image is sent to Google Gemini / Google AI so the app can convert it into structured workout data. Seshy doesn't retain the original image after parsing in normal use.
Seshy may log scan metadata for guest and signed-in scans, such as model, token counts, estimated cost, success or failure status, timestamps, and scan session identifiers, to enforce subscription access, monitor reliability, prevent abuse, and account for service costs. For signed-in scans, Seshy may also retain a structured OCR result snapshot, such as workout sections, movements, timing, confidence, warnings, parser version, and related scan settings, for debugging, support, OCR reliability, and service improvement.
TrainAdapt may send relevant profile, workout, and feedback data to OpenAI or Google Gemini (where enabled) to generate programs, adapt workouts, and provide coaching recommendations. It may also use Langfuse for AI observability and debugging.
If you submit OCR feedback and choose to include the source image, we may store it for debugging and product improvement.
Purchases go through the Apple App Store or Google Play. We don't receive or store your payment card number.
We use RevenueCat to validate purchases, manage subscriptions, restore purchases, and sync entitlement status. RevenueCat processes receipts, product IDs, subscription status, and customer identifiers.
At launch, Seshy Free includes manual entry and the currently shipped studio, save, export, and share tools; Seshy Pro includes unlimited AI/OCR workout scans. Eligible new iOS subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial on the annual Seshy Pro plan only. The monthly plan does not include a free trial.
We collect limited analytics and diagnostics to understand reliability, feature usage, and crashes: app version, device type, OS, locale, interaction events, crash reports, error logs, and approximate IP.
We configure these tools to avoid collecting OCR source images, full provider prompts or responses, media paths, exact gym coordinates, health samples, payment card data, or credentials. PostHog session replay is off for the Seshy MVP.
We use information to respond to support and privacy requests, debug crashes, prevent abuse, enforce subscription access, protect security, understand reliability, and revoke Sign in with Apple authorization when you delete a connected account.
We don't sell personal information. We don't use Seshy personal information for cross-app tracking or targeted advertising. We don't use Seshy health data for advertising, sale, marketing, cross-app tracking, or profiling.
Deleting the app may remove local-only data but does not automatically cancel subscriptions or delete cloud account data.
Depending on where you live you may have rights to:
To exercise any of these, email contact@iteratim.io. We may verify your request before acting. We won't discriminate against you for exercising rights.
We may process personal information based on contract necessity (to provide a feature or subscription), consent (health access, OCR feedback, certain AI features), legitimate interests (securing the service, debugging, understanding usage), or legal obligations (lawful requests, records, app-store or tax rules).
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it through the app, device settings, account settings, or by contacting us.
Iteratim LLC is a U.S. company. Our apps and primary services are hosted in the United States. If you access from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where we or our providers operate. Where required, we use contractual commitments, data processing agreements, and standard contractual clauses.
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, unless longer retention is required by law.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards — authentication, access controls, encryption in transit, row-level security for user-scoped cloud records, private storage buckets, log sanitization, and least-privilege operations.
No system is perfectly secure. Keep your device, credentials, and app-store accounts secure. Tell us at contact@iteratim.io if you suspect a compromise.
Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and children under 13 may not use them. If we learn we collected personal information from a child under 13 without required consent, we'll take reasonable steps to delete it. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you may use our apps only with permission from a parent or guardian.
We may update this policy. If we make material changes we'll give notice through the app, website, email, release notes, or app-store listing. The updated policy is effective when posted unless a later date is stated. Continuing to use the apps after an update means the updated policy applies.

Seshy is a workout content studio for scanning, editing, saving, exporting, and sharing workouts. Here's what's different for Seshy in particular.
When you scan a workout whiteboard or image, Seshy sends the image to Google Gemini / Google AI so it can convert it into structured workout information — sections, movements, timing, scores, confidence, and related fields.
Seshy does not retain the original OCR image after parsing in normal use. The only exception: if you explicitly submit OCR feedback and choose to include the source image, we may store your feedback note, issue tags, corrected workout data, and the image for debugging and product improvement.
Seshy may retain OCR scan metadata for guest and signed-in scans, including model, token counts, estimated cost, success or failure status, timestamps, and scan session identifiers. We use this metadata for subscription access enforcement, reliability monitoring, abuse prevention, and service cost accounting.
For signed-in scans, Seshy may also retain a structured OCR result snapshot, such as workout sections, movements, timing, confidence, warnings, parser version, and related scan settings. We use these snapshots for debugging, support, OCR reliability, and service improvement. Seshy does not retain the original source image in these snapshots.
Health integrations are optional. With your permission, Seshy may read workout sessions, heart rate samples and zones, calories, and distance from Apple Health, HealthKit, or Health Connect. Health data may stay local to your device in the rendering path. If you export or share content that includes health data, you choose to disclose it to the destination.
You can revoke health permissions any time in device settings — Seshy continues to work without overlays.
No advertising. No cross-app tracking. No sale of personal information. No use of health data for marketing, profiling, or targeted advertising. PostHog session replay is off for the MVP configuration.
TrainAdapt is an offline-first AI training coach that creates and adapts multi-week programs. It handles more sensitive information, and it's transparent about it.
TrainAdapt may process the profile you provide: fitness goals, preferred training styles, experience, fitness level, available equipment, weekly schedule, preferred workout length, training environment, units, timezone, sport activities, competition dates, and training priorities.
TrainAdapt may ask for height, weight, sex/gender, date of birth or age, body type, injuries, physical limitations, movement restrictions, recovery indicators, sleep, stress, and related context. Some of this may qualify as sensitive personal information or health data under some privacy laws, even though TrainAdapt is a fitness product and not a medical service.
TrainAdapt may process completed workouts, exercises, sets, reps, weights, duration, distance, RPE, completion status, skipped exercises/workouts, swaps, notes, PRs, program history, weekly feedback, training-block feedback, and AI-generated program plans, coaching summaries, adaptation notes, and training memory.
TrainAdapt may send relevant profile, training, workout, and feedback data to OpenAI and Google Gemini / Google AI (where enabled) to generate programs, adapt workouts, and provide coaching. Langfuse is used for AI observability, reliability, and debugging. TrainAdapt tracks your consent choices for sharing profile data with AI for coach analysis.
TrainAdapt may support email sign-in, Sign in with Apple, and Google authentication where enabled. If you enable notifications, TrainAdapt may process a push notification token, notification preferences, and delivery metadata through Expo or platform services.
TrainAdapt workout logs, program data, and related records stored only on your device remain on your device until you sync them, delete them, delete the app, clear local app data, or use another supported removal flow. AI-generated plans, summaries, and memory are retained while your account is active or until you request deletion, subject to legal, security, and operational needs.
